Holy Name Church 
is located at 154 East Patterson Avenue on the Northeast corner of the intersection of Patterson Avenue and Adams Avenue. It is four blocks north of the northern most portion of the Ohio State University Campus and two blocks east of North High Street in Columbus, Ohio.

Coming from I-71
Coming from either north or south on Interstate 71 take the Weber Road exit - Exit 113 and proceed west on Weber Road to Indianola Avenue, turn left onto Indianola Avenue and proceed south to Patterson Avenue.  Turn right on Patterson Avenue and proceed west to 154 East Patterson Avenue.

Coming from North High Street
Coming from the south or north on North High Street proceed to East Patterson Avenue (Patterson is 4 blocks north of Lane Avenue and 5 blocks south of  Hudson Street), head east on East Patterson Avenue two blocks to 154 East Patterson Avenue.
